VH999 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VH999. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and VH999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the VH999 website located at https://vh999.cam, including all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any feature of VH999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

VH999 is an online gaming and sports betting information platform targeting English-language users in Pakistan. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licenced by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial Pakistani authority. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their gambling activity complies with all applicable local legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions:

To open and maintain an account on VH999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one active account on VH999. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Own identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Registering on behalf of another individual, or using a third party's identity, is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion request, either on VH999 or under any operator-wide exclusion scheme to which VH999 participates.
• Not a restricted person: Employees, contractors and close family members of VH999 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold player accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. VH999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. VH999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

VH999 operates Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restriction.

4.4 Account Accuracy Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any change in your personal details, including change of address from Karachi to Lahore or any other city, or change of primary payment method, should be updated promptly in your account settings or by contacting support.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may access VH999 solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the Platform that is inconsistent with its intended purpose as an online gaming and betting service is prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on VH999:

• Using any automated software, bot, spider, scraper or other technological tool to access or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any error, bug, glitch, or miscalculation in odds, game logic or software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, sporting results, or any other element of the Platform through collusion, match-fixing or any other fraudulent means.
• Using the Platform to facilitate any form of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime.
• Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads or impairs the functioning of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from VH999.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where VH999 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, VH999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account, void any pending or settled bets, confiscate funds where required by applicable law or anti-fraud procedure, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

6.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your VH999 account using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. VH999 references Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextually familiar local options. VH999 does not claim that any of these institutions endorse gambling or specifically support this Platform. Availability is subject to the policies of each payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fulfilled before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment category and are not guaranteed. E-wallet methods are generally processed more quickly than bank transfers, but no specific timeframe is warranted.
• VH999 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions are displayed in the currency selected at registration or as subsequently updated in account settings. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the nominated account currency, all deposits, wagers and withdrawals will be denominated accordingly. Currency conversion fees may apply where your payment method operates in a different currency.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

VH999 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, referral credits, birthday rewards and VIP tier benefits to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Specific wagering multiples are stated per promotion. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirement completion; contribution rates vary by game category.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

VH999 operates active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain bonuses more than once, exploiting low house-edge games exclusively to meet wagering requirements, and participating in coordinated strategies with other users to guarantee bonus extraction. VH999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins issued by VH999 carry an expiry period, stated at the time of issue. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without compensation. Real Money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

8.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where VH999 expressly permits in-play bet editing for specific markets. The acceptance of a bet is confirmed when a reference number is generated and displayed to the User.

8.2 Odds & Pricing

VH999 presents odds in decimal format. Displayed odds are the odds at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. VH999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, system glitch or erroneous pricing.

8.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

For cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments, Test matches, and bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team — the following rules apply:

• Match bets are void if a match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum overs threshold required by the relevant competition rules has been bowled.
• DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) adjusted results are accepted as official results for wagering purposes.
• In-play betting on cricket markets closes at intervals determined by the Platform's trading team.
• Any bet placed after the relevant event outcome is known ("past-posting") is void.

8.4 Casino & Live Casino

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, or by live dealer procedures for Live Casino products. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as stated in each individual game's information panel. Disconnection during a live game session does not automatically void a placed bet; the round will be settled based on the outcome at the time of disconnection.

VH999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. The Platform provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that can be set by the User at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Configurable limits on net losses over a specified period.
• Session time limits: Notifications and enforced session breaks after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Temporary account suspensions of a defined duration, during which access to betting and gaming features is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Longer-term account closure for Users who wish to take an extended break from gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use VH999's brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

Any unauthorised use of VH999's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VH999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on any information, content or materials published on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond VH999's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit VH999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your VH999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements and applicable processing conditions. Note that voluntary closure in the context of a responsible gambling concern will be treated as a self-exclusion request.

12.2 Termination by VH999

VH999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive behaviour is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account is associated with money laundering, financial crime, or match-fixing activity.
• KYC verification is not completed within the required period.
• Continued operation of the account would expose VH999 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, VH999 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated pending winnings. Real money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances of the closure.

VH999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, VH999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform, email notification to registered users, or a prominent notice on the homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time a bet is placed governs that specific transaction. VH999 will maintain an accessible record of the current Terms on this page at all times.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VH999 is incorporated and licenced to operate, as set out in the operator's licence documentation.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users should note that local courts in Pakistan may apply Pakistani law to disputes involving Pakistani residents, irrespective of any choice-of-law clause in these Terms.
